This he said during a meeting held in his office at the Government House in Awka, Dr. Ibezim expressed concern over the removal of essential items from various holding camps by flood victims, emphasizing that these items could be utilized during subsequent emergencies instead of being replaced annually. He decried the construction of houses in flood-prone areas, highlighting the risks to human life during flooding.
