Anambra State Government passionate about community service delivery.
As the Rotary International officers visit the state.

Anambra state Governor Prof. Charles Chukwuma Soludo (CFR) has stated that the present government is passionate about rendering community services in the state.  This he made known through his Deputy Dr. Onyekachukwu Ibezim who received on behalf of the state Governor, the delegates of Rotary International district 9142 at Awka the state capital. 

The Deputy Governor gave out this as the sole reason why works, services and programmes of various  categories are being rolled  out by the Soludo-led administration in other to better the lives of ndi Anambra and as well make the state liveable. 

The Deputy Governor described their visit as home coming for him, pointed that impacting positively and selflessly to the society can be achieved through Rotary organisation and urged everyone that wants to touch lives to partner with the group. 

The leader of the delegation, Rotarian Akan Emah the district 9142 governor in his speech  reeled out the annual activities of the organisation which will take place this Friday and Saturday in Awka.

Polio eradication in the state and in the world at large topped the  chat of  their engagements in the  state of as this availed Anambra state the opportunity of being positioned as a beehive activities this weekend. 

Rotarian Emah seized the opportunity to solicit the state government's support for the association's  wellbeing in the state.

Rotarian  Nwabufo Nwankwo  the Senior Special Assistant to the Anambra state Governor on Special Services on behalf of the team appreciated the Deputy Governor for having them around and promises to extend support and service delivery to mankind.
Rotarian Olachi Emegakor Asst. Gov.  Of district 38, Professor AU Nnoyelu of Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Rotarian Mbachi Joy  of the News Agency of Nigeria were amongst those present during the visit.
